Participation at the ITS Romania Congress 2025 is free, but requires filling in the form below. After registration, you have access to: the opening ceremony, the plenary sessions, the technical sessions, technical visits, but also to the coffee and lunch breaks. All participants will receive a free public transport pass for the Congress period.

The ticket for the Networking Dinner costs 200 RON/person(VAT included) and can be paid by card using the link you will receive in the registration confirmation email. For companies, the link received by any delegate can be used to purchase all the required tickets.

If you have purchased a ticket and are no longer able to attend the Networking Dinner, please contact us. For requests received before 27 October 2025, we will fully refund the value of the ticket. After this date, refunds are no longer possible.
